Love this location. Sometimes the cookies can be not so fresh but I’ve had more fresh cookies than not and the flavor is still good so I just pop them in the oven to get them soft again. The customer service is amazing which keeps me coming back. I came in for a regular red velvet cookie (because this location usually never has it but I saw they had it now) the employee sold me on the vegan version. I was skeptical but baybeeee That vegan red velvet was everything! Definitely my new fav.

Ordered various cookies. Happened to be walking by, so I stopped in. I tried a peanut butter cookie (not my favorite), and it was very good. My wife tried a snickerdoodle, and it was very good, too. I have to say that the customer service was outstanding. A big shout out to Diamante. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. Go for the cookies, come back for the service.

So, I came to Insomnia Cookies at 2:20 on Wednesday 11/22/23 in the afternoon and was waiting for like 5 min just to see the employee come out of the bathroom. I asked if I could use the bathroom, after a long pause he says I just came out of there, soooo I can't explain it right now. I just walked out. My husband ordered cookies and he gave him the wrong cookies. He went back inside and the employee says so like what do u want me to do... change them. Duh?! Is he HIGH? Was he smoking in the bathroom? Just like so spacey...

The second time I went, they were giving out free cookies if you came in PJs. They had games available, free merch, and free cookies. They have a little bit of inside seating, but I'm sure most people will order it to-go to either take it home or walk around downtown. There is a free parking garage near by, about 5 minutes walking distance.

Long story short, I just wanna thank the girl that worked there yesterday night. She was totally cool and a complete 100/10! I wish I could've thanked her again before leaving and let her know that I really appreciated her <33 I don't come to this part of the city very often but the next time I do, I'll definitely pay a visit again!
