The sad stunted little cookie I’m holding in the photo cost almost three dollars and was stale. Service is so rude. I walked in and said hello while two of the female employees stared right through me then ignored me while I stood there awkwardly a few minutes( they were standing right there, the place is minuscule) The employee who did finally come and help me also wasn’t that nice and they were out of almost everything. In all, $15 for three crappy, rock hard cookies and a pint of milk. Save your money, they don’t deserve your business

Love the fact they have gluten free vegan options. The ingredients inside the cookie are toxic and harmful to the body. Consider organic natural products and use dates, coconut sugar, or monk fruit as a sweetener and no GMO.
There were people who ordered the regular toxic cookies as they don’t care about their health and wellness. They enjoyed the salted caramel cookie and the snickerdoodle.
The cookies were not warm nor did they arrive fresh. The delivery driver from their company the first time did great. Wanted to try a cookie before ordering more. (For the people who enjoy putting toxic things in their bodies). The second time they left the cookies outside on a public table for them to be stolen. The delivery driver had to come back 4 times to get it right.
Our wish is that these restaurants will do in-depth research to provide high quality non toxic food to us natural organic beings. Canola oil is gasoline and most places use this oil to fry their foods. Consider coconut oil, avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil. (This company according to their ingredients do use coconut oil they also have palm oil extremely toxic as well as a paragraph of toxic ingredients that will keep you sick and controlled by beings who is not for your highest and greatest good). Corn is a hybrid that has gone wrong and does not digest in the body. Wheat/Gluten has been weaponized and should not be served in any restaurant. The way the food industry has been set up is the largest reason why there is illness on the planet. Take a stand and only serve natural organic non weaponized toxic foods.

On 10/12/24, between 7-9pm, I called multiple times regarding my order, and each time I spoke with a woman who acted as if she was going to resolve the issue. There was some trouble with DoorDash delivering my order, and she assured me that one of their own drivers would deliver it instead. The order never arrived. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s customer service.

We ordered a cookie sandwich and this guy came and dropped us off a cup of melted ice cream. The bag was stapled and there was no a cookie in there. When we called the store there was no apology or solution just “I have no idea why he didn’t give you the cookie”. She could not give us a refund and gave us a number for customer service who did not answer as it was outside of business

Great customer service! I accidentally ordered my pickup at the wrong location. They took the time to call the other store and have it transferred, even though I made the mistake. It was my first time visiting, I ordered the double chocolate chunk cookie & chocolate chip brownie. Great taste & price (IMO better than crumble). I will be back!

Delivered 2 hours late and received a box of all wrong cookies some that I am allergic to. They said the would redeliver and never did. I will be showing up tomorrow for a new order I have proof and call logs showing I was owed my correct order. I spent $30 I’m getting my correct cookies

The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I placed an order directly through Insomnia Cookies via telephone. I was quoted 20-30 minute delivery and after about an hour I called the store to check on the order. I began speaking with one woman who told me DoorDash picked up my order and they have no way to reach or track the driver, and told me I can call DoorDash myself. She kept referring to another woman in the background during the conversation named Ella. A few seconds later Ella came to the phone and said the driver was arriving with my order and hung up the phone as I was speaking. Hanging up the phone on someone is rude and uncalled for. I don’t care how irritated you are. I was trying to receive more information about the driver to ensure a smooth delivery, and how they were now able to track the order when just prior I was told they were not able to track the driver at all. The rudest staff and experience I have ever witnessed. Yes, I told the staff that their tone was off-putting and they were not trying to be helpful, and they were not. You do not hang up the phone on someone.
