Cookies were mediocre at best. Didn't look burnt but had an overcooked taste. Most of the cookies were hard, not exactly what I want when I get fresh baked cookies. One of the cookies was missing. Box arrived smelling like an ash tray. Not exactly appetizing.

As soon as I walked in, the person working the front counter let out a deep sigh...it was only 8pm. The cookies I got weren't even warm. The Deep Elum location is better.

People overnight sit outside on break on the ground then return inside and rub in their ears just before grabbing gloves with unclean hands then prepare cookie… the girl at the front end making orders for walk ins assure me she would not make my order meanwhile did nothing to speak with the staff(2) of them that came from outside.. not washing hands and making and serving food is crazy.. I will not be back, they’re nasty and slow. Ice cream melted all over the place … work location ever. My sandwich was served this way.. for $10 I’m eating it quickly but I’m done with this place

I came into Insomnia Cookies pretty late, expecting the usual quick grab-and-go. Instead, I was met with absolutely stellar service from Fena and Jade. Even at the end of what I’m sure was a long shift, they were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming.
They handled everything with patience and professionalism, made great cookie recommendations, and kept the vibe positive the whole time. You could tell they really cared about making sure customers left happy — and I definitely did.
Big thanks to Fena and Jade for going above and beyond. Late-night cookie runs aren’t always this sweet, but they made it memorable!

My 1st time having insomnia cookies, I was in memphis. So when I saw there was one close to my hotel in dallas...oh instantly ordered! Always fresh, warm, flavorful and sooo many choices. I wish we had one here in shreveport!
