My first few times coming to this location was phenomenal! I went tonight around 11ish and received the worst customer service- I was basically yelled at by the lady at the front desk and it just made it a very unwelcoming experience- I decided not to purchase and to leave because I was so taken back by the energy and the cussing from the employee making orders...I see customer service is a consistent issue based off reviews but tonight definitely was beyond unprofessional and the energy was very much rude and unpleasant!

We placed a delivery order and they forgot our pint of ice cream. We called the store to let them know, and they replaced the entire order and redelivered it within a very short time frame. Great customer service, very responsive, very friendly.
