My first time here and I have to say I love this place! I got a pistachio latte and it was the Best I had in the city! The flavor he uses is so good and the coffee is quality! I also got the banana loaf which was amazing homemade fresh and I like the fact that the nuts didn’t overpower the banana. Just a simple blend. I can see myself coming back and trying some more things. The owner is super friendly and welcoming.

It was my first time there. I just ordered a small black coffee to go with a little bit of cinnamon. They told me what they had today was a Guatemalan medium roast, but whatever it was, it was the best damn cup of coffee I've had in a very long time!

Oh man, this is going to be a problem. As a first-time visitor today (2/11/26) and having been in the DFW area for around 6 years now, this is some of the best coffee I have had in the metroplex. Flavors are unique and interesting while all delivering on exactly what they're saying. Walked out with coffee beans too, just bring some of the love home.
Jason made the experience 1,000 times better, extremely passionate and excited to share all about Inspired Brew. Went into detail about how he infuses his coffees, where it comes from (major bonus points for going straight to the farmers), his processes and methods, supporting local bakers, and what it all means. Got to try his Rum Cake, an Espresso pull of the beans we ended up getting, which were phenomenal. He just completely elevated my fiancée and I's visit. Just being in the space, I could tell he has built a community that actually means something.

We got coffee made by the owner Jason and he was amazing! So knowledgeable and friendly and passionate about his craft. This place is such a hidden gem. The ingredients, the technique, and the equipment are all so high end. What he is doing is so special and cutting edge. I highly recommend trying his infused coffee.
