From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Sheila, was outstanding. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations.Speaking of recommendations, the French Onion Steak was a revelation! It's easily the best we've ever had. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and a generous helping of tender steak – it was pure food heaven. Our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered, juicy and bursting with flavor.We left Jack & Harry's feeling satisfied and impressed. We'll definitely be back soon, and we can't wait to try more of their delicious offerings. Special thanks again to Sheila for making our experience so memorable!

I dined near the bar on opening night and the energy was amazing. It felt like it had been open for years. Service was outstanding, steak was the best I've ever had. It was the French Onion Filet, I've never seen anything like it before . The manager was kind enough to take the time for wine recommendations, I'm now a French wine drinker... it was a great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Came here the first day it opened. Sat at the bar. Great drinks and ice cold martinis. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic, another big hit for Vandelay. Oysters were amazing red fish was fantastic the steak was great. The bignets were fantastic. Nothing on the menu we did not enjoy. Around 7 PM we were greeted with a live band that made you feel like you were actually in NOLA. Really nice touch. Everything was gorgeous inside and very clean.

If you email to make a reservation just know it may not be in their system but it’s ok in my experience they will still seat you pretty quickly. Food was amazing. Servers were awesome. Nice moody atmosphere with New Orleans music. French onion soup filet was really good. Everything I had tasted good. Did not disappoint.

Beautifully designed, darkly lit restaurant and bar in Snyder Plaza with lots of booth seating, significantly more upscale than others in the area. The staff was pleasant and professional. The caesar and simple salads were excellent, and the shrimp cocktail was above average. However, the filet and Delmonico Ribeye, despite being perfectly chargrilled, were nearly flavorless and sat in an overly soupy mix of butter and oil, detracting from our meal. The chocolate cake was dry, but the Oreo ice cream sandwich was outstanding, possibly one of the best desserts I've ever had. There were minor service issues, like not receiving our ordered crab cake beignets, but considering the restaurant had only been open for 2 days, the friendly and positive attitude of the staff made up for it. No valet, but parking was easy to find on a Saturday night. Definitely recommend trying, perhaps choosing something other than the steak for your entree.

If you guys are looking for a date night, girls night or just hanging out and having cocktails. Check out Jack and Harry's in Highland Park. They did not disappoint! Food and Service were amazing. Shawn our server did a great job recommeding items on the menu. He was knowledgeable and made great selections for our table.The culinary team did not dissapoint. We started off with the Crab Cake Beignets and the Cajun Stuffed mushrooms. WOW!Main dishes were the Bronzino and French Onion Filet. The Filet is served as a 6oz but we asked the chef if we could size up to a 10oz and they were able to take care of us. Steak was cooked to perfection.For the table the crawfish mac and cheese was out of this world. They did not skimp on the crawfish. The Parisian fries are always a fav of mine.Dessert- The Ice Cream Sandwich is a must have!!!!!We will be back

What an amazing experience I had at Jack and Harrys!! My server, Sean, truly went above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable. His knowledge of the wine list and menu was truly impressive, and he helped us select a bottle of Chardonnay that was absolutely fantastic.As for the food, I cannot stop thinking about the French Onion Filet that I had for dinner. It was simply to die for, and I savored every bite. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable.I want to thank the management and the team for providing such a delightful dining experience. I will definitely be returning to the restaurant in the near future, and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and colleagues.
