Terrible customer service over intercom! Not only do they not address that they'll be with you shortly (you'll be waiting for over 2/3 minutes) but they'll also come on intercom with an attitude staying they don't have to take your order and don't care if you call corporate.
Guess I'll be spending money at McDonald's or Burger King across the street.
For the third time now the mobile app has charged me but when I got there, the restaurant was closed. But the line was wrapped around the building. The manager at this location- Imelda - called me a liar to my face when I tried to explain this to her this morning.
She also refused to give me her manager’s contact info. Never again. Not this location. Not any.
