The door clearly stated that the doors are opened at 7am daily. It’s currently 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 9:30 am. We went today and The two women working upfront kept rudely motioning to the drive thru. There’s an apartment building behind this restaurant and we walk whenever we go there. This is the 3rd time this has happened and when we waited patiently they literally shrugged us off to our faces pointing at the drive thru again. It’s safe to assume that not everyone has cars and they aren’t following their own rules. Very unsatisfied.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this location during the early hours of 1:26AM July 7,2025 . The cashier working at the drive-thru—identified as a Hispanic woman with gold teeth—was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire encounter.

From the moment I pulled up, I witnessed her yelling at the customers ahead of me in line. When it was my turn, the treatment was no different. She raised her voice at me from the start, speaking to me in a disrespectful and aggressive tone that made the entire ordering process uncomfortable.

When I drove up to the window and calmly asked for her name, she refused and began laughing in my face. What made it even worse was that she started speaking in Spanish to her coworker, calling me dumb and mocking me—apparently unaware that I understand and speak Spanish myself.

This behavior was beyond unprofessional. I came expecting a simple late-night meal and was instead met with hostility and mockery. It’s incredibly disappointing that Jack in the Box allows staff to treat customers this way. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because no customer should ever be treated with such blatant disrespect.

I TRIED TO ORDER JUST A HOMESTYLE CHICKEN FILLET PATTY AMD A CROISSANT BREAD(because I don’t eat beef or pork) LIKE I HAVE PLENTY OF TIMES BEFORE FROM THIS LOCATION FOR THE RUDE HISPANIC TO KEEP YELLING AT ME BECAUSE TOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME CLEARLY.
