I came back again and it's 11:15pm on 11-16-2025 and the person on the window was extremely rude. I ordered a number 29 platter. It had no hashbrown and like a teaspoon of eggs. What y'all gonna do about this???

The menu offers enough variety to keep things interesting. Drinks are always well stocked, and the self-serve station is clean. The location is easy to access with plenty of parking. The drive-thru moves at a steady pace, and the speaker system is clear. The dining area is clean most of the time. Tables and floors are well maintained, though peak times bring small delays with cleanup. The only drawback is occasional wait times at night and minor order mix-ups, but they fix issues quickly when they happen. Four stars for reliable food, quick service, and a well-kept location with room to tighten consistency.

I went through the drive-thru this morning, I ordered 1 large caramel iced coffee, 2 orders of loaded potato wedges, 1 chocolate cake and a coconut berry breeze red bull drink. The lady taking my order was rude first hand she kept cutting my husband off by asking “is that it? Your total at the window”, which we let slide. Once we ordered we went to the window and waited on the order, she handed me the iced coffee but it was small, we checked the rest of the items the cake was fine but she didn’t give me potato wedges she gave me a cheese burger. We told her we requested potato wedges and she said “we gave you a cheese burger we don’t have those, we don’t manage them”. And we told her why she didn’t tell us beforehand and she closed the window. So we left. She had previously handed us the redbull drink we ordered but she gave us the strawberry red daze drink and we didn’t realize till half way home and she gave us a small vanilla iced coffee :/. They deserve 0 star but the only thing they got right was the cake.

They always look better on TV or picture and when you eat it , it makes your stomach hurt. But its still good fast food I can tell the patties are frozen thoough
I waited 15 minutes for my order to get cold food. I realize the consumer has only one recourse worst food experience ever will never eat jack in the box again.
