I love a good salad and this one was nice except the chicken tenders could've been cooked a tad bit more so I cooked for a few more minutes and dug in.

After I repite my order 4 times still I got my order wrong..Try to talk to another cashier and explain my problem still my order was wrong. Very bad experience even worse service..just don't understand how this people work in costumer service very bad actitud.

I’ve been to a few Jack-in-the-Boxes only because of emergencies. This time I had to eat badly, but the service was awful and they stole my credit card. I recommend you don’t come here.
The burger was good but their grilled chicken salad was a "sprinkle" of mixed greens and a "small" piece of chicken they cut into 4 little bitty pieces.

Think twice before going here. Homeless stay in the drive thru. Lady behind my car got her window broken because she refused to give them money. The staff here enables them.

I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for my food the only employee that that was making the food bringing the food and taking the orders was Alyssa there are five other people on the shift for tonight and no one is helping her. She deserves a raise for how hard she is working. That's some white male in his late 20's that's been outside smoking cigarettes the entire time I've been here all while the drive thru line damn near wraps around the building. So again I appreciate employee Alyssa for doing all she can for me and my family last night because NOT A SINGLE person was willing to help her. My five stars for service are completely for her and honestly every one else should be fired or suspended for allowing that young lady to work so hard while everyone else sat around and did nothing absolutely nothing.
