Everytime I go to this Jack in the box in particular its just the rudest people working the drive thru. They suck at communicating and then get upset when theres a misunderstanding and it won't even be like a million changes. Just asking for them to switch a single item to a combo leads to then lashing out and having a attitude. It's to the point where I'll just go to a different one in the area from here on out. Have literally had such consistently terrible service from one fast food place. Like I understand people have bad days, but every single time?

Just had the worst food delivered. The lack of care that is placed into orders that has been delivered is crazy because they know that people are not gonna be there to say something. It’s the second time I’ve ordered a shake with Boba and received coffee. If the order cannot be read and Fulfilled correctly I don’t understand what the employees are doing there. I called and the lady who I spoke to on the phone ultimately told me it’s my problem and for me to figure it out. I honestly feel like the manager needs some training or more employees need to be put in to make sure things are being followed correctly.

Customer service needs work. Stood at the register for about 5 mins and employees walked right passed me without a greeting, how may I help you or even a hello. Doesn’t matter if there a small rush. A hello would’ve been ok at least.

Went around 11pm. Everything was freshly hot out the fryer! Iced coffee was perfect. There was a line but it moved pretty quick! 10/10 location

I have never rated a Jack in the Box 5 stars in my life, but the service here alone is gonna keep me coming back. I want to thank Brandon, that guy is a keeper .. 1000% .. The food was hot and good, and he substituted one of the missing items for me. no hassle. Love it
