This is by far the best Jack N The Box in Arlington if you like your friez to be cold and have long waits for the food like ur eating in a real restaurant. Also, what's with every time I go here, someone always goes into labor and slowing down the line.
Been sitting in the drive through for 8 minutes. I pull up the pay and they got my order wrong. So now I'm waiting even longer while the lady wraps her hair in the drive through. Waiting 12 minutes for an ultimate breakfast sandwich is nasty work. Never again! This is a consistent issue. Worst customer service.

Nancy the night worker is the worst! She has the meanest attitude and always declines my service when I go to order a meal she will say “ we can’t substitute the small fry for a large? When I come all the time and get the exact thing. She called me crazy and yelled at me I asked if there was anybody else I could speak with since Nancy was being so rude she said there was nobody else there but her when I could see someone in the back. I ordered a grill cheese kids meal and wanted to substitute the small fry for a large and pay the difference she swore up and down that was no possible when I get this order every time I come in the drive through would Not recommended coming a night shift 11pm-till I would give 0 Stars for customer service if I could the sandwich was really cold and the fries were hard
