Edit: did this location close permanently? There's dumpsters and an excavator. Edit: they have fixed the aforementioned problem of being closed all the time, and their quality of service has been back to top notch. Had an issue with my order today (it happens) and they were very good about resolving it. Always fast accurate and good, better than the other surrounding JIB restaurants too. It's been great having them nearby.

The Hispanic dude working today 11-15-25 at 645-650pm needs to bring his attitude down and stop trying to accuse people of already getting there drinks in the drive thru. I don’t appreciate the hostility and bs. I will be reaching to jack in the box corporate. I don’t play with young want to be thugs. This is the reason people get hurt because they try to test people. I don’t advocate violence but I don’t play either and I will not let a fool like him try to clown me either. I did call the location and no one picks up. The food was warm and fries cold. A waste of $16, will not recommend.

This place advertises 24 hours which is a lie..they close their doors and lock them when ever they feel like it...the male manager I have never had a problem with....but the females lock the doors and refuse to service anyone...and they don't even get a lot of customers for them to be that way... employees are killing Jack in the box plus the inflation...just close down for good so we can get a friggin McDonald's....thank you

Breakfast is not served all day at this location… and some days they don’t stay open late. There has been times i come at around 2am for a soda and no one answers at the drive thru. Very disappointing service.

This Jack in the Box has the worst drive-thru employees. He was rude and with an attitude over the intercom. Once we drove to the window we wanted to confirm he got the order right and told him the right order and he decided to get an attitude again. Worst experience ever, never coming to this Jack in the Box. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

This is by far the best Jack N The Box in Arlington if you like your friez to be cold and have long waits for the food like ur eating in a real restaurant. Also, what's with every time I go here, someone always goes into labor and slowing down the line.
Been sitting in the drive through for 8 minutes. I pull up the pay and they got my order wrong. So now I'm waiting even longer while the lady wraps her hair in the drive through. Waiting 12 minutes for an ultimate breakfast sandwich is nasty work. Never again! This is a consistent issue. Worst customer service.
