The guy taking my order held up the drive-through line because he did not want to listen, this was a terrible experience. I was never able to finish a sentence or speak without being interrupted. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

OMG I can eat my favorite tacos again! I used to eat the tacos at JIB on the regular 20 years ago. Since then every location EXCEPT THIS ONE makes them soggy and without much lettuce. They were great and so were the fries and sandwiches- everyone was happy! Accurate order and very timely.

I just ordered a meal for two and I received it with no condiments or plastic wear. Last time I passed by the drive thru the employee was very rude. He asked me “what do you need?” When I first pulled up. The tone seemed childish and disrespectful. Horrible customer service so far. Yes sir.

Guy in drive thru was so rude. Pulled up and weren't greeted at all, but could hear kitchen staff talking. Waited 10+ minutes, mind you, nobody in the dining area and nobody else in drive thru, finally said hello for the 3rd time to which the employee responds "I already asked what you wanted.." placed our order and he yells "i can't hear you" and had to repeat our order twice, virtually yelling at that point. Then refused to give me a receipt for my order because I wanted his name. Worst service ever and you cannot deny a customer a receipt...
