Not sure what's going on. I totally understand this is a fast food places, but I always had Jake in the box my favorite place to enjoy quick nice burger. This is picture doesn't look like buttery Smash Jack and really paying $7.67 for sandwich only??? Very very disappointed and am not thinking of come back to JIB.

I placed an online order went to speakercom was told they were only serving breakfast mentioned online order was asked to pull to window where I was given a partial order (with no condiments) & ice cold tacos, which I believe was in retaliation for simply have entered my online order. Super disappointing since I live in the area.

poor quality service . Today , Thursday , February 27 , my friends went to buy something for breakfast , it was 7 o 'clock tomorrow and the girl who is in the shift had not opened the store to go to buy everything had to be done by half of the cars but we have a car that overpasses the limit and we can not go there and this girl when we approach the window to order we received in a rude way and said that we can not order if we are not inside the cars . It was gray and even seventeen half-decriminatory place and in their schedules it clearly says that there were 6 o'clock in the morning and part that it was 7 o'clock and it had not opened it received us very rude

This business is not operated properly I will be reporting this business for to city of Dallas for price gouging and deceptive trade practice over charging customers price different than original price Egg rolls 1 egg roll on app is higher than original price at the restaurant the app shows $3.19 but restaurant price is $2.99 and the price is different than restaurant original price french fries small at the restaurant is $2.29 on the app charge $2.39 and app over charging Medium and large fries as well and the price for curly fries small at the restaurant is $2.51 on app $2.69🤔 all the other sizes curly fries different on app and onion rings at the restaurant $3.39 Jack in the box the app over charging $3.49 I will be contacting OSHA doors are locked doing business hours and that is against safety policy here

Well the manager on site know 01/16/25 , , lady with and attitude was complaining loud to her employees about a review they had , wish is not our concern please train this lady how to keep her mouth shut quite n not talk about other employees n making a big seen. Other customers were not satisfied with her issue n complained plus not even eat in peace due to her not well trained customer service.
jack in the Crack be serving straight up halfway soaked Orbeez in a cup.. You take one sip, thinking you’re about to enjoy some fire boba, and next thing you know, your jaw’s getting a workout like you’re chewing on rubber bullets. Like, did they just grab a pack of Orbeez from the dollar store, soak ’em for five minutes, and call it a day? Jack needs to stay in their lane because this ain’t it. Nobody’s tryna risk a chipped tooth just for some mid undercooked ahh tea. You gotta earn the right to be in the boba game.

I ordered doordash 12/26/24 5 am By the notifications my food was done fast, the driver delivered my food efficiently. Then when i got my food i immediately saw the fries, i ordered curly fries and they were regular fries with some curly they were also cold and stale. The sandwich the chicken was good but it only had one piece of tomato with a little miserable piece of lettuce. The only decent thing was the breakfast sandwich that wasn’t half bad.

The lady at the drive thru working at 7:30pm on 12/16 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rolling eyes, got our order wrong and gave so much attitude when we asked for it to be corrected.
