Pulled up to the drive through at 5:30 AM and was greeted with, “Go ahead.” Placed my breakfast order combo number and added “with a regular coffee” so as to signify it as a combo. I pull up to the window, no greeting or amount owed. Gave my card to pay a the was silently handed a bag with the entree, no hash brown or coffee. I waited expecting the rest and the employee looking perturbed opened the window and I asked where the other two items were and he said, “you wanted the combo?” I told him that what I ordered, he closed the window and started messing with the computer and the tells me there’s no hot coffee, only cold coffee. I asked why and he shrugged, threw his arms up in the air and said, “they didn’t make none.” No napkins and no condiments.” Wasn’t even asked.

Clean place and good service, quality is as you would expect from a well run fast food chain.

This was a bigger jack in the box than I was used to, it was clean and the ladies working there were giving customer service. The food orders were correct and good. They got my coffee just right. We enjoyed the visit.

seems to make me go every single time this is an amazing place it always surprises me always keep me coming back in this day and age I managed to get Junior jumbo Jack and a sourdough grilled cheese for $3.08 and with the amazing service
Breakfast was good . As a traveler trying it for the first time it was okay. The Lunch sandwich was pretty good as well . Rather in and out . A lot menu items . Becomes overwhelming lil bit . But better than McD . Maybe try it again but definitely not in a rush . No Late drunk night cravings for here . Sorry not sorry 😞

Im knocking this place on the atmosphere. Too much loitering around and inside. It’s sad to think someone could be visiting from out of town visit this location and get a very bad impression of the city. I stopped to grab a quick bite and it was dirty. I asked to use the restroom which has a sign on that you have to ask to use the restroom, so I did, the lady let me in but someone was already in there. When I opened to the door to the stall there was individual in there doing drugs. I left and didn’t even it there, felt just dirty!

I usually come here every day for breakfast and iced coffee, but lately, I’ve been stopping by less often because the quality has dropped. Today, my Breakfast Jack was cold, and my iced coffee tasted watered down—basically just syrup with no real coffee flavor.
The one positive is the girl at the drive-thru—she’s always so kind whenever I ask to swap out my coffee. I’ve started tasting it before I drive off because I’ve wasted so much money here and don’t have time to circle back. She never gives me an attitude and always helps, which I really appreciate.
Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere isn’t great either. There are homeless people hanging around, and today I was even flashed by a man—definitely not okay.
As much as I’ve liked coming here, I think it’s time for me to take a break from Jack. If they could just get the coffee right, I’d stick around—I can live with a so-so breakfast sandwich, but not bad coffee.

This is the 3rd time I came to this location around this time and they are saying they system is down my friends say they came here too around the same time and they say the same thing. They want to act as if they are closed
I don’t even understand how this location has a 3.7 average. I am a bartender down the street from this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve stopped for food after work (around 2:30-3 am) their “system is down” I’ve given up on even trying to go there and I wonder if the owner knows how many/much cars (money) gets turned down and missed out on. Sad. Lazy.

Hardly spoke English, wouldn't give you a receipt so you know what number you are. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in a year, it's obvious they don't care at this location
