Had the worse experience...have been eating here since it opened...usually on Sunday morning. Someone mixed up our order...so me and my grandkids went back through the line. I explained what happened to the first female employee...then a second male employee asked over the loud speaker..."do you still have the breakfast jack? I was stunned and answered, "Yes".
