Crispy Tacos 🌮 are never hot ! Luke warm , pre-made sitting in a warmer. Asked the manager about it and she was ready for an argument She sure didn’t seem to care. This is food on a budget. Why are Other locations Crispy Tacos are hot to order?

The worst experience ever from this chain. Visit around 8:46am drive through person a middle age woman with the customer service of a bob cat. Not pleasant at all. Food was digestible but tore me up immediately after. Never again for this location.
This Jack in Box stands out against other Jack in the Boxes, other burger places and other fast food places. The manager here tries to get evert order right every time. On the rare occasions when it's not right, they fix it without a hassle. Cindy and I like almost everything they serve. I especially like the loaded mini tacos and the larger burgers. Cindy likes the sour dough Jack and the loaded fries.

I went to buy an iced coffee, it took me 10 minutes to wait in line, a lady named Carmen was very rude, a girl with red hair, I got to the window and she was taking another order, it took me another three minutes and they didn't even give me my coffee, I came back very upset, bad service

The night shift manager on 11/9 needs some serious customer service training. There was attitude and the food was cold! Avoid this Jack because I've reported this same manager before and obviously they don't care about who they have providing bad service.

I ask and paid for extra buttermilk 10 , BECAUSE I HAD A BIG ORDER they only have put 2 and when I ask the girl where’s the rest of the ranch she said órale like if it came out her ass need to check yall employees before they get a black eye
