Now I know why this place is always empty. There used to be a line full of customers, but ever since this new lady ( heavy set, older Mexican lady that works drive through) took over, it’s been very bad. She always has an attitude, she charges for everything, including extra napkins. Overall she’s very rude. She yells at you when your’re ordering, she interrupts while you’re ordering, she got my order wrong and told me I was wrong. I know what I wanted to order. A Mexican Karen forreal. If you don’t have patience and people skills then why join the food industry? Why work the drive through? Please this lady has to go. Very bad management.

I go for these drinks but there is a brunette who is super pedantic and out of nowhere she started calling me crazy and I don't know how many other things, they treat people very badly... but brunettes have this habit of being so poorly educated and angry in their jobs if they don't like to work, why do they work? Jasmine I think was her name...

I don’t know why they remolded that place it’s 7:30pm wanted to sit inside after work and eat, can’t because the lobby is locked. Sign says they close at ten. Guses night shift don’t want guests to spend money. Drive thru had three cars. McDonald’s it is again…..
Nothing bad services is good, but just the people they let in decided to eat at Jack did not know there was a homeless lady sitting behind me. She walked by she smelled really bad but the thing that bothered me the most is that you can see all her stuff. Basically she had no underwear on. Like come on kids where going in

Whoever was working drive through on 2/11 at 4am needs to be fired she didn’t greet didn’t make sure our order was correct she just gave us our total gave us the wrong things she had a nasty attitude me and my co workers had just left work and just wanted something to eat after a long day people shouldn’t be working if they don’t like it

Never stingy with the sauce, tacos, never cold, curly fries are not cooked dry, and drinks are not overly iced. Best jitb out of oakcliff and webb chapel area.
