They do not add taco sauce to their tacos even though I requested no modifications. Why do you forget to add something simple that’s a staple to your tacos? At least throw us some sauce packets if you’re not going to add the sauce to the tacos.

People act like they can’t see us honking and and waiting at the window. A black lady and Mexican dude at the drive through, the guy gave me the food and closed the window. I honked for my drink 2 times and they took forever to give it to me. Felt like they didn’t want to be there and do there job.

Carry out was at 6:49 didn't get my food till 19:10. The cook was just talking and walking back and forth taking his time while there is a line. Unacceptable knowing you work in a fast food restaurant.

I can't believe how careless this location has gotten. Every time I have picked up a fast meal for convenience it has been very disappointing. The fries are old and stale, the tacos are old and stale as well. Even if I purchase combos the food is a 50/50 chance that it comes out fresh. Very upsetting. Today was the day that I gave up on this location. Don't do it people it's really not worth it.

The food could be better when you order the food is some times cold needs improvement and you have to check your food cause you get the wrong food you didn’t order condiments are not always in the bag when you ask for them they only give you one ketchup one hot sauce or none at all they need to step up on there game and get the food out to people correctly and needs to be fresh food especially tacos not cold and stale other then that the people that work there I do know are friendly except for one guy that works there is rude!… the fountain drinks need to be check when there out of service or out of flavor nothing but water comes out cause I have dine in before and order through drive through and it’s the same thing and things need to change there most definitely!…
I got takeout around 1:38 am and i am not satisfied, the women working taking orders not sure what her name was but, she was absolutely disrespectful and rude we were nice and respectful on the other hand she was not. she did not say thank you and just handed the food with a attitude. NOT pleased at all by this ruined not only my mood but my family’s mood, do better.

They need to work on their customer service as a shift manager you shouldn’t be talking like garbage if someone asks a question handle it calmly instead of cursing and throwing a tantrum.. man I thought ya were better then that (overnight crew)
