Service is ok, but they never have whatever it's new. They're always out after 8 or 9 pm, for example Boba drinks, milkshake (whatever it's new). 8 out of 10 times I go they always forget something.

NEVER AGAIN will I ever go back to a Jack in the Box PERIOD!!!!! 1st of ALL, I get off at 6am. Ordered a #25 breakfast w/ orange juice & 2 Tacos.....DID NOT GET MY HASHBROWN & THE TACOS WERE VERY SLOPPY & TOO HARD! I CALLED ? RINGS UNTIL THE FAX COMES ON?THEN I GO & ROSIE THE MANAGER SAYS SHE CAN REFUND 1 TACO SINCE I ATE THE OTHER ONE & I NEED PROOF THAT THERE WAS NO HASHBROWN ?????????? NEVER AGAIN. IM DONE WITH JACK N THE CRACK

In my opinion, is the best Jack in the Box in Oak Cliff! After being disappointed with countless other locations, I am extremely satisfied with Clarendon / Westmoreland location. The tacos are always fresh and filled with a lot of meat, unlike other locations that give you scraps ??

Horrible experience I couldn't get the lady's name unfortunately but I feel like she might be the manager of the 2nd shift but I'm not too sure about her role but anyways it's been twice encountering her attitude first time I encounter her there everything was fine I dine-in and ate there fine but it was until I did the survey that's printed on there "OWN" receipt (which I left a positive feedback an regret it) and she didn't wanted to accept the coupon that they give when doing the survey than why print it if I got the receipt there!! And second time she close doors to dine-in in the afternoon yet I saw someone in there eating and only open the door when that customer was about to leave it makes no sense. Hope you're reading this to tell you if you hate you're job look for something else I go there to eat and find a good atmosphere with the family and not feel welcome smh.

It's been awhile for me and was craving a Sourdough burger and very disappointed on how JITB has made the burger appear big and delicious. It wasn't even close to what the photos look like. Bread wasn't crisp. But hey, the tacos haven't changed. My drink was flat. Food wasn't kept hot when you pick it up. There was a guy outside asking to use cellphones. Probably not going back. Prices have increased and the food portions are smaller. I'll stay away and have my lunch or dinner at a sit down full service restaurant for these prices. This is what I call fast fool ?
