The meat is old, not fresh. The bread gummy. The only reason I went there TMobile gave free burgers once and the burger was fresh and good. I guess then they had no other choice but to have fresh burgers 😆. Nice knowing you Jack. Peace.

Today I went to this place for water i have been here before never charged for water i didnt have a attitude or anything when the worker told me it cost I simply asked since when and that’s it was okay im still willing to pay the worker reply with a nasty nasty attitude “since when you dont pay for a meal” im like wow ok so i get to window i ask who was that on the intercom the girl said me in a nasty way I ask can you get your manager she says she gone proceeds to throw a large cup of fruit punch on me all over my car my passenger side was soaked i went in the inside very upset they lied cause the manager was right there when i asked the manager so this is acceptable she told me it was my fault i have to now pay to get my car deep cleaned! I will be taking legal action this is the absolute worst jack in box and i pray it get shuts down

Each times I go to Jack n the Box, the windows person isn't friendly. The tacos are sloppy. When I get home I end up throwing them away. I don't buy breakfast Jack's anymore because it looks half prepared as if they just threw it together. I use to live breakfast Jack's and the tacos. I will not visit this unfriendly location anymore. I would rather drive 2 extra miles to a Jack in the box that cares.

Until now, I have never eaten at a Jack In The box that I didn't like. Horrible. Order was messed up, food was horrid and what we ended up spitting out thank God was better than what we ate that made us sick
Only thing we ordered a large chicken nuggets and got a small. Didn't notice till I got home, getting for a kid is not good!

JACK NEED TO CHECK ON THIS RESTAURANT SITE NOT TO BE FUNNY BUT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WHEN TRY ASK FOR MANGER SHE COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THE OTHER LADY SAY WE CLOSED AND WALK US OUT THE DOOR AND LOCKED IT AND I ONLY WENT IN BECAUSE THE LADY AT WINDOWS WAS VERY RUDE SO INSTEAD OF HOLDING UP THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE LINE AND REMINDING YOU IT DAY LIGHT and doors are locked at this location before lobby hours so idk if jack or whoever CEO ARE HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ACTION BUT WE CLEARLY SEE THE TEAM AT THIS LOCATION DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPECT OR HAVE ANY AND WE LOVE ALL AND IF YALL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THERE THEN IG YOU WILL KNOW WHY BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY THOUGHT SHE LOCKED DOOR BUT SHE ACTUALLY LEFT ONE UNLOCKED AND THAT HOW I NOTICE WHY YALL LOCKED DOOR EARLIER SO YALL COULD CONTINUE SLAM THAT DRIVE THREW WINDOW IN CUSTOMS FACE SO HERE WE GO AGAIN DIFFERENT LOCAT AND THAT SAD BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN RESPECT it's simple and it was un called for in the first dang on place yuhh kn COULD OF WENT (IJS)😇

Worst location I've ever been to three days in a row I go there in the morning 5:45 a.m. sitting at the speaker box for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to say something I'm talking into the box no response today several cars pulled off the line before me and after me is nobody was able to get service the sign outside and on the website says they open at 5:30 a.m. so I don't know what the problem is but it's a habit at this location
