The service at this Jack in the Box was subpar and very disappointing. Prices here are noticeably higher than what’s advertised both online and in the app, which feels misleading. On top of that, the app often refuses to accept orders for this location, making it difficult to redeem rewards or take advantage of deals. Overall, not worth the hassle.

EDIT: I went back. Service was much better and the app works now.

The snack wrap tasted alright. However, the advertising on the billboard stated there are “limited time” seasoned curly fries (showing a bbq and chili option). I ordered the chili and received regular curly fries. I thought it was possibly an honest mistake and went back around. When I asked to exchange them, the lady took my current ones and receipt, and then said that I received what I ordered. I tried explaining to her that there seem to be different types of curly fries. She then got (who I thought was the manager) who then told me the same thing-that there is only one type of curly fry. She said she will let the manager know though. I asked why it’s advertised because I would have just ordered the value curly fry. I did not receive my receipt back to complete the survey or “earn points.” I won’t be back.

I ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken, and an order of chicken nuggets. When I got to the window, the lady that was there handed me my food. I noticed she gave me 2 buttermilks, and on the receipt it said 5 buttermilk cups in total to be given. Anyways, I asked for 2 more, she gave me attitude and said it only comes with 1 each, for each order, and that I have to pay for extra. So I asked, then why did I only get 2 if I got 3 orders, and the receipt says 5 buttermilks total. She said again, “you have to pay for extra”, with an attitude of course. Once I said, the receipt says 5! She repeated again, you have to pay extra. So I just paid the extra, receipt is in picture. What am I missing?
