Went there tonight and the dude sounded rude then he said they only serve burgers and fries. I ordered 2 large burgers and left. I later discovered that he gave me 2 small burgers after being charged the price of large ones.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I went and couple of weeks ago and I got the sourdojack. They made my burger on white bread and it was not toasted. I went this morning and got my husband the supreme croissant sandwich, and it was cold and uncooked. I took it back and the cashier Gabriela R was rude and so was the manager. They both said it was no corporate number and gave me a receipt with no corporate number on it. The customer service is horrible and so is the food. I will never go again.

My family and I are visiting Dallas- the night staff there at 10:30 on a Tuesday- top tier service, personalitys and all the above. Fun and upbeat and literally the best drive through fast food we have experienced ‼️‼️

My last couple of visits, the crispy Tiny tacos have been unappetizingly malleable. The tiny tacos have had cold spots or have been drenched in grease. Each visit they seem to become softer and softer. I threw half of them out as I am worried they are not being warmed to temperature. Please cook the tiny tacos longer and drain the grease.

This location never has ANYTHING. And i left a bad review previously. But again no meat this time…it was fine with me because at least this time i had a good customer service experience with a team member named Dana or Dona…my mistake if i am wrong…but she was a nice professional hispanic woman who clearly explained what they had and apologized. She works over night. This is my second time having the pleasure to have been assisted by her and just let me say she needs to be recognized, rewarded etc. Anybody else working the night shift other than her is horrible. But dam if she wasnt there i would NOT keep going back to this location. Id drive another 10 minutes to the next closest jack in the box or any other fast food chain that is open late. Order is always spot on, communative, friendly service, patient, and always in a good mood with a big smile. Jack do better…or hire more team members like her, she deserves recognition.
I will always love Jack in the box with my whole heart. But yeah the food was great ☺️ nice service with a smile, no issues with our order. Woo!

Burrito I got was smaller than they used to be... by a lot and there was no salsa cups; they used to provide these too. Won't be back to a jack in the box for a min, the time prior I just wanted something small and paid $3 for 1 egg roll.

A woman there apparently is Mexican who gave me very bad service she put me the food that is not and besides she yells at me she shouldn't work there if they don't like the job she should look for something that she really likes👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
