Names (bald Hispanic, older male with a mustache) was very rude and rushed me through my order, and because he was so busy trying to rush me through my order and yelling at me through the speaker. He forgot to add the items that I specifically requested to my order however, I was able to stop by a different Jack-in-the-Box, and obtain the things that I had asked for.

Store #3780 Emp M, she was extremely rude. Hard to communicate with. I was speaking clearly, she kept saying What, huh. As I was checking my food, (this location tends to leave something out) she had the audacity to tell me everything is in there, you can leave now bye bye. And just shut the window drive through. Very rude, no customer service skills at all. She’s around in her 30’s, with no knowledge how to communicate with people.

Every single time I come here they mess up my order. And just for reference it’s not a language barrier. I came and order 4 number two’s and got the drinks but no hash browns. I order a platter and only got the French toast sticks The drive through is for convenience but I have to park and get off and go inside to get my order fixed. EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Just went to the drive thru to order food at about 11:55 pm and was told by the employee that they were closed. Since when is Jack in the Box closed on a non holiday in the drive thru.

This jack in the box is the worst one I ever been to. They gave away my order and had me waiting so long just to give me a wrong order. Then the women at the window yelled at me and told me not to hold up her line. I will never come here again.
