Went through the drive-thru at 11:30 a.m. it took 30 minutes for them to take my order I ordered eight tacos and a Coke Zero she informed me that they did not have Coke Zero or any zero products so I told her okay when I received my food the tacos or pre-cooked and then reheated where they were almost the color of dark brown like if they were burnt then they were dripping in oil when I placed the bag on my seat it left a big oil stain on my seat of my truck then I went back to the Jack in the Box and ask to speak to the general manager they gave me Juan number i have called him 6 times and no return call he has no consideration to his customers I frequently love Jack in the Box but this location was the worst I was very disappointed with my food service of the location Gabby the girl that worked at the window was on her phone and gossiping instead of taking care of the customer.

Here's a doozy for you. Ordered Uber Eats after a 13 hour night shift at the hospital cuz the only 24 hour joint around is this Crack in the Box. First driver gets there and they tell him they already gave my food to someone else and won't remake it. That driver cancels, and it assigns a new driver, 10 minutes later I have a different driver tell me the same thing, and they say I have to come up to the location myself if I want my food.I proceed to drive up there to get my order and they tell me they are closed... I try to explain that I'm the person that's order was given away incorrectly and that they told me to come up there to get my food personally, and they just stopped responding through the speaker. I drove up to the window and the guy and lady inside were just sitting on their phones ignoring me.Glad I saw their faces, cuz if I ever see them wheeled through the ER doors, I can honestly say I'll ignore them just the same.Close this location and put in a Whataburger.

I went around 5am today order a meat Lovers burrito I get to the window normally they tell you your total he didn't say anything just took my money handed me my food and closed the drive thru window and I get to work and put the condiments on my burrito only have ham and bacon no sausage ???? if people and going to have a attitude maybe they need to find a better job that make them happy
