Very unprofessional. I started in the drive thru where they had me on hold for forever. So after I decided to come in there was a line and no one had been helped. While waiting to be helped some pregnant came from the back and she was definitely not on the clock. They had her food right and ready though. They spent more time playing around than taking and making orders. There was no promptness in this fast food establishment.

1st, I to explain the 1 star for food and the 5 star for the service... It's for the young guy at the register...Yesterday 10/25 was the 1st time I've ever been to JB. I went to the lone located near Methodist hospital- Charlton. I'm not sure if that's Dallas or Duncanville. I'm new to TX, so many things that are in TX aren't in the NE(North East). Anyway, it was 7:20a.m. No cars in front or behind me. I ordered the Supreme meal that consisted of 2 meat, egg, cheese, and hash w/ drink (oj). I made one of those mistakes where you give them benefit and not check. Got to work.. half empty crescent, just the meat. Where's my egg and cheese?? Here's my issue, the drive thru was completely empty, so how could they even make that mistake??? You’re not busy guys, it's empty... Confusing... I went back after work (4pm) and a young guy working on both registers (front and drive-thru) was pleasant and answered questions I had about their menu. Kudos to him and thank you. I rated service 5 because of how he handled my issue. Other than that, they would've gotten less than 1 star

I did a online order for here abd they got my order ALL WRONG they put mayo on my breakfast jack which I order a sausage jack... I called to let them know but unfortunately NO ANSWER and I don't have a cat and I don't drive so I have to contact someone to take me so I can get my order correct... This is very Frustrating AF....

I stopped in here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich Sunday morning 6/09. First off, I was told they were out of american cheese and would white cheese be okay. White cheese? Sandwich was thrown together, I had to basically re-assemble it. Noticed eggs were burned all around the edges and they put some orange shredded cheese on which didn't even melt because the sandwich was so cold. Hash brown was barely room temperature and given to me with no ketchup. Coffee was awful. Obviously sat all nite. They didn't give me any napkins. I had to ask. I won't go back to this location again.
