Was in line over 25 minutes. Couldn't order at Menu so it took alot longer ordering at window. Was stuck in drive- thru( no way to leave)....Tacos were DRENCHED in oil,so bad it went through the bag! I'VE been here several times and this was the worst! 6/27. .12:30am

I just ordered to get some food and the person. By the window said that she just barely had opened her cadre shirt and did not have changed. So she wanted me to go change money, but when I asked her to call her manager so she can get it approved. So she could be able to change money, she said no. Wow what service

The Spanish blond Manager and employee were very rude. Would walk away mid-conversation and refused to give forks when needed. A boy was stuck in their bathroom and they refused to call the fire department. Worst customer service ever.

They no longer have Monster tacos. However, the regular tacos were great. There are no Jack n the Boxes where we live so it was nice to syop.
