Ordered 2 smash burgers with bacon when I opened the burger no bacon one one of them the meat was burned on both burgers. I tried calling this location but recording stating voice mail not excepting messages

The fish sandwich looks so thick and fluffy. The rea thing looks like a car ran over it. Dark and the thickness and consistency of cardboard. I miss quality. The more customers,the less care. When people stop coming, you will improve.
I've tried on several occasions to give this location a chance for redemption, but they just throw your food together. The hash browns be under cooked and falling apart. They have given me the wrong sandwiches in several occasions and this morning topped it off with half browned sourdough buns and again has browns falling apart. They rush thru cooking food which creates a not so tasty purchase. I'm over this location and won't be returning.

They don't even try. My double bonus jack was smashed and overcooked they forgot straws for our drinks so I had to go inside to get them. Persons inside treat customers like they are interrupting them.

I don’t understand why the dine in is closed at 8am when the sign on the door for dine in says 7am and today is Monday, we were not able to go through dive thru because of our 12 foot utility trailer will not make it through that drive thru. We tried to talk to someone that works there through the glass but they wanted us to walk up to the drive thru an order and there was 3 cars in front of us,that is unacceptable customer service!!we did not order for that matter.
