The service is almost always great most or the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help me. If I ask for lots of hot sauce or any other sauces they almost always huck it up a few or the workers there go above and beyond making my experience so much better when they are there. Besides that food is good and always what you would expect from a jack in the box. Only thing the area dose have lots of homeless walking about.

This location is a solid 3. Drive-thru times can be a bit long. The food is consistent, employees don't seam to recognize local. I've had a few orders that needed correcting in times but they did fix it without hassle. This location just blends in with a lot of the other fast food locations. I prefer to drive a lil farther to visit a different location that I have gave 5 star reviews to.

The restaurant is not really located in a great neighborhood. It's near a truck stop so there is a lot of drug addicts and poverty in the area. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful. But the food was not good. My fries were stale and tasted reheated. Super greasy. My Tacos had old lettuce and lettuce should have been discarded instead of serving to the customers. I had to take the lettuce out before consuming it. I've provided photos. Will definitely never ever go back to that Jack in the Box. ???♀️??

The lady who now runs this place is very friendly and helpful, this is the second time she has served me... the first time I ordered in Spanish and she served me in Spanish even though it is not her first language, the second time I ordered in English and he is very friendly in both languages and you can tell that he puts effort into his work. I will return more often because I loved the service.???
