We ate in. IT was busy. Food was good. Manager was of course inexperienced. We did not get our food very quickly. I blame this on manager experience and the fact that the drive through took priority over dine. Managers are not paid well so experiece for them is low. The workers are 40+ which means they cannot get people to work here. The far left have screwed up our system by paying out too much in welfare and causing helthcare to cost too much. Inflation. The tables were not clean when we came in. I blame this in shift change and the fact that not many people eat in the lobby after Covid. But they got right on it and cleaned our table. Not a bad place to eat. Food was good and they were friendly and apologetic. Cleaned the lobby right away.Kid-friendliness: No playground, must be careful with children as drive throughwraps around entire buildind.tey to park directly in front and grab running kids' hands before they exit car.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access table at front table in lobby with straight access to bathroom. Very small lip if any to door. Not difficult to navigate.
I ordered several items and one of them was a jumbi jack cheeseburger I specifically said what I didn't want so they made the burger the way they wanted and was being rude than tried to tell me to go back through the line than said to pull in the

They locked the restroom sink doesn't work no soap the shouldn't be open if the dinner is open then should have soap its they use the restroom and no soap they didn't even wanted to give me germs

This is literally the worst Jack and a box I’ve been to. The girl at the window had the worst attitude and when we asked for the manager she came and had the biggest attitude. She told my mother that she didn’t care that her employee had an attitude and closed the window on my dad and when he asked for a refund she refused. They need better employees because if you don’t like your job just quit!
I'm from the Boston area. My hubby and I are doing a cross country trip. I went to my first Jack in the Box, the Ultimate Cheeseburger and the curly fries were so good. Wish we had a Jack in the Box in the New England area.

Ordered through the app. The driver Terianna from Uber eats marked order as delivered but didn’t deliver it. Called store multiple times but no one ever answered. Did a complaint online, still nothing.
