Stopped here for an oreo cookie shake and egg rolls. Customer service was top tier. I dropped my credit card outside the window onto the icky, wet ground, and she kindly gave me a disinfectant wipe to clean it! The food was great and hot.

The manager, I assume took the wrong order. I ordered 2 croissants with cheese and sausage. He said I ordered 2 plain croissants with only cheese. He fixed the mistake but stood firm on what he heard. I knew he was wrong and didn’t argue.

Ordered the #12. The chicken was tough and chewy, like if it was old or undercooked. The fries were cold and stale. I also ordered 4 tacos and received 2. I was not given nor asked if i wanted a receipt therefore i couldn't go back and claim the 2 tacos missing. The screen on the drive thru does not work. The coke was fine. It took them about 10ish min for me to get my food. There wasn't really anybody there so I'm not sure why the food came out the way it did. Will not be returning to this Jack.

We're partial to Jack burgers, tacos, breakfasts, and shakes but this location is a favorite because of the staff. They've just got something good going on and it rubs off on you when you visit!

Right now I'm upset Jack in the box is my go to place. I went inside I ask for two fresh tacos. I saw tacos sitting as I walked in. When I got my tacos as I got home they were really stale. I tried calling no answer. I was really hungry so I ate the tacos. SMH.
