I placed an mobile order on the app at this location, the order I placed on the app came with sweet and sour sauce, on the app it shows no charge for the sweet and sour sauces, but when i come here and get my order it had no sweet and sour sauce in my bag, they tried to charge me for the sauce I placed on my already paid mobile order, i refused to pay extra and tried to get a refund for the whole order, they refused to refund my mobile order, why they tried to charge me for the sweet and sour sauce when the app says the sauce is free ?? I placed the same order at other locations before and they give me the sauce. Wow dude never ordering here again ????????

Repeating " what else...." After every line item ina disinterest/ disdainful tone is not only annoying/enraging but unprofessional.To order from here is equivalent to giving directions to a troubled youth child who just does not care.
The employees here are a joke. 5 times now I’ve ordered delivery through the app and more than half my food is missing! DoorDash is no help. This location refuses to answer their phones as well. It’s like they intentionally don’t out your food in your order. Same scenario in the drive thru then they act like you didn’t order it. I’ll be calling the BBB and the owner

I personally had a very bad experience I order some food on there app and paid for it and then when up to the store and never got my refund and food.I was like okay it's fine I didn't even spend that much then I bought some food from there since I was already there I asked for no sauce.they gave me sauce and the food was very low quality in general and not very good it might have been just a bad experience but it's my experience and that's what I'm reviewing.
