they have messed up my order more times than they have gotten it right. I used to eat here 3 times a week but it's just not worth it any more.
for the record I order off the menu, and don't ask for customizations
For my take out meal, my fries were so very burned. When I drove back to the restaurant, they refused to make me fresh fries, and tried to give me more from the same burned batch. The young people working there refused to fix my problem. I'll never come back again.
