Tiny Jr. Bacon Cheese for $3.13 and if you ask for veggies on the side they want to charge you $1 extra. I ate this thing bland sandwich in two bites. What a joke. Save your money.

I ordered through drive through and man at the window, was extremely rude dident even give me time to ask for condiments, cause he slammed the window shut immediately after he handed me my food. Not sure what his name was because he wasn't even in a jack in the box uniform. Just a regular shirt . After that I stayed at the window to order one more thing and he replied I had to go back in line because he had a long line waiting and he dident have time for me to order anything . Witch was only jalapeño poppers. I couldn't belive how rude and unprofessional someone could get. He claims his name is "Selestino" but I wouldn't know if that's actually his name cause like I said he had no uniform. For all I know it could of been a random man takeing orders.Do better. I will be contacting corporate.

Today 03/10/2023 at 8AM. I went through the drive thru and had an encounter with the employee working the drive thru. The drive thru speaker’s audio was very low, therefore when I approached the window I confirmed my order. When I told her I wanted the fish wrap and not the chicken wrap she got annoyed and rolled her eyes. This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with this exact employee. She gives the vibe that she hates working there and everyone around her. I took my money and told her I would be going somewhere else due to her stank attitude. Like I mentioned this isn’t the first time, she acts like it’s so hard to make a quick change and likes to argue about it. She should not be working in customer service.She did not have a name tag. She’s a hispanic female. I would provide a name if I had it.

We stopped by on Sunday, January 7th. I actually did an online order through their app to be picked up through the drive-thru. Once I got to the place, there was a paper on the drive thru screen saying it was closed. I was very worried because I placed my order online to be picked up there. I went to their window, and they just kept waving their hands, saying no. I told them I placed an order online, and it went through and said it should have been ready. They looked it up and made it right away. There were some cars behind us, but they were not able to get anything because they were going to order at the drive thru, so once we moved, they drove away. Also good thing we stopped in front of the store to check they had all my stuff and I was missing a burger I tried to go inside jack and all doors were locked but had no notice anywhere so I went drive thru again and told them and the lady was telling me it's in the bags and told her they were not till she found it sitting by the window. I don't know what happened, but if they were closed, they should turn off the option to not order online.
