I’m beyond upset with my recent order on May 13, 2025, at 2:48AM CDT. I ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl, but it came with NO teriyaki sauce—basically just plain chicken and rice! There was no warning on the menu, no sign, nothing to let me know they ran out of sauce. If you can’t serve the item as advertised, you should either remove it from the menu or make it obvious to customers that there’s no sauce. I wasted my money on a disappointing meal, and it feels like a scam. This isn’t right, and it ruined my experience. Jack in the Box needs to do better—stop misleading customers and be transparent!

Service is always bad at this location don't recommend to anyone to come here. I ordered 6 tacos and they only gave me 4 tacos. When telling them at the window they stupid remark is can't hear the passenger and that the driver had to order when placing a order. I have never had this issue anywhere I have gone to before and place an order.

they need to replace the manager here she’s a heartless person while I was buying my food. I noticed these guy clean the windows on the outside. It was freezing cold and she keep on screaming at him hurry up hurry up I was just thinking myself. Can she wait for the day to get a little bit warmer, but I noticed she was way too pushy.she keep on screaming on him and this guy was an older guy Also, when I got my food, I have to wait 15 minutes for my food and then they got the order wrong and she had this attitude on her face we need better people

They never get the orders right! It’s impossible to get a hold of them, the phone is off the hook. I ordered $40 worth of food and instead all I got was 3 egg rolls and it was another persons order. This is the worst service I’ve had. Its consistent on getting it wrong!

asked for 6 tacos and got 4. Both counter employer which looks like a manager and fryer were extremely rude when my boyfriend who is a white veteran by the way went inside to get the other 2 they didn't put in my bag, the fryer couldnt read the receipt because it clearly said 3(2) tacos WHICH MEANS 6 and she insisted it said 4 and was rude to him from the moment we came to the drive thru...... if u dont like your job don't work there 🙄 I've never had such rude service anywhere like this. Also they were going to charge me for ranch which ive never been charged at any location ever before and for 6 tacos at that!!
