Best Jack in the Box in the Dallas area. Always hot and done right, always quick, always friendly. Never had an issue here. Small dining room with 5 or 6 tables. Drive through or dining in, they never disappoint.

1) No syrup for the French toast sticks 2) No sauce for the Classic Birria Tiny Tacos (happened more than once) 3) The coffee ordered came nearly empty. I have never seen anything like it! It literally was a large High Mountain Arabica Coffee but filled only 15% high.

I barely dine in but from what I remember the atmosphere is welcoming and nice. The food is amazing amazingly delicious and the service is great too the drive thru is almost never busy and they are quick and nice

First of all, about two months ago I paid with a card and they took a while to return it to me the next day, there were charges that I had not made, now they made a mistake with my order and they are still playing the victim, especially in this location.
Always a stop over here for lunch I'll get my stuff in the Drive-Thru but today I went inside to try to use the restroom they have everything locked up and the lobby as dirty and nasty I never stop over here anymore

Bad service, missing items. Dry old food. Ended up throwing away about half the food it was so dry and unseasoned and missing the mustard and mayonnaise. Don’t waste your time or money.
