Its been the 3rd time they mess the order this last time i decided to dine in to make sure my order was correct, only a family of 4 and me in the whole restaurant, order a teriyaki bowl sure enough no teriyaki sauce not sure why, but ladies in the kitchen having this intense conversation like they havent seen each other in years , when you tell them order is wrong they give you attitude because you interrupt them !? where is the manager? So many dining options im DFW no need to ever go back, since i got there until i left the cashier couldnt stop talking like she had diarrhea of the mouth !

The cashier in the Drive-Thru Maria H was not very personable did not ask if any did I needed any sauce hand in my food and closed the window.

I’m not sure the name of the gentleman who works during the day. When I go by there for lunch he is always warm and friendly. Today, I noticed it to be busy during rush hour and he really took the time to make sure everyone was getting their orders correctly! Thank you so much!

This place, by far, has the most unreliable employees they don't disclose the fact that they don't have medium cups or medium fries still charge you and will not give a receipt and when asked they wanted me to pay extra for the regular cup which makes no sense to me!! but also the manage to get my order wrong so I had to come back again

Very friendly staff, I often go to eat there, I recommend it.
They got my order correct, I rarely get asked if the order on the screen was correct, but they did! I love that kind of service. They even put the sauce I asked for and the amount I asked. With all that being said, great service and great workers. I trust they treat everyone with 5 star service!
