I really would give it no stars if I could I would preference this by saying my husband told me not to go here. I just paid 15 dollars for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. There wasn’t a long line until the order in front of me was wrong but then they got my drink wrong because the girl at the window told me to hurry up and pull to the window then she has an attitude I talk to the shift on duty and explain that the girl was trying to charge me 2 dollars for a large drink instead of a medium. I asked for the district manager’s name and number and was told it was on the door. I pull around no number just a website get back in my car check my bag before driving off bite my sandwich cause last time I got spicy chicken and notice no mozzarella sticks in my bag. I IMMEDIATELY drive back through and they accuse me of stealing that they put it in the bag. Luckily there was a security guard right there cause I was sure about to call the cops. Even after Mr Kenneth searched my car and no mozzarella sticks these ppl still didn’t replace it told me to call in the morning when the manager is there which I was told by Mr Kenneth she ms Betty wouldn’t do anything. This store is ridiculous. U want me to hurry up and get out of the drive thru to keep ur times down but if I have an issue your not gonna fix it? Apparently everyone at this store is perfect they don’t care about customers or getting orders right. This has to be stopped they should not be able to treat ppl this way! Very rude disrespectful and thieves cause I still don’t have my food or my money!!!

It was very bad service the young lady at the window was ignoring me took my credit card gave it back without putting it in my hands the card fell under my car because there was no eye contact no apology very rude service. I had to get out of my car because the card was under my car.

I've been in the restaurant business for over in my whole life I have never seen such rude disrespectful employees and they don't give a damn about what they serve they might as well put a gun to my head and take my money cuz it's always a waste but that night time manager I don't know how she's made it there that long and the only reason they get the business they do is because that's the only thing open in the middle of the night they need to check themselves they don't want to answer the phone when they mess your food up corporate office don't give a damn either

I understand now what it must be like to eat out of a trashcan. The food looked and tasted like it had been cooked a few days ago. I highly doubt they have ever changed the cooking oil. The tea and coffee tasted like it may have had some kind of cleaning chemical in it. If it did, that was the only thing the cleaning chemicals got used for. It definitely was not used to clean the store.This is thus another "fast food" restaurant that has forgotten the purpose of a drive-through. Not only did they park us, but also parked 10 other cars. After 20 minutes of sitting in the parking lot, we went in to get a refund, and our so-called food magically appeared.The guy at the drive-through window was hardly understandable. The rest of the employees were either high or just outright stupid. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Currently hoping, we don't get food poisoning from the little we did eat.Dietary restrictions: Just don't go here. You might get sick.Parking: Can't park in any parking spots. The parking lot is full of people waiting on drive-through orders and homeless people.

Whoever it was taking my order between 4:50 and 5:00 a.m. was already irritated and unprofessional I tried to order the two for 6.00 croissan'wich and the way the girl was talking like I didn't know what I was asking for was ridiculous I'm asking for the two for $6 croissant sandwiches with bacon and she's asking if I wanted the number 21 or 22 and then said uhhhh oh my gosh this and then it then she cut off and ignored my response to me correcting her ? I didn't want to take the chance of her spitting in my food so I just left
