It really sucks when you have to tell the staff that your ready to still be ignored. Like if they ignore me long enough I'll leave. Very unpleasant. Maybe some else there who actually attends the front.

They serve menu items when ever they want. I asked for popcorn chicken at the drive thru employee Antonio said they didnt have it i checked the jack website menu with their location & its on there so i pull back around ask for his name & confirm that they DONT have it I pull up to the window to ask for the manager she was already there waiting for me putting up which seemed excuses saying sorry they do have it AFTER she heard me ask for her employees name Antonio & i also have a 5 minute recording from when i pulled up the 2nd time & everything she said which was all BS.

I had a long day at work and since it’s a sketchy area I was expecting subpar service but when I came up to the speaker I was surprised by the amazing service MR angel provided! I ordered the wrong thing and when I came up to the window to try and change instead of getting angry, Mr angel switched it for me immediately and brought out my food in minutes . This man deserves a raise or to work at a more suitable location for his customer service and I’m not sure if I got his name correct but he works at night and runs the drive through!

Very bad service, the panicked school that attends does not pay attention to what you order and when you go to pay they serve you in a bad way and they don't even give you a receipt for what you ask for and sometimes you don't wear what you ask for and you have to return to desires and They get angrier. They should pay a little more attention to that. Because you're not going to have food given to you so they can serve you like that. Regarding the food, everything is very good.

I ordered online for drive thru pick up…confirmation said it would be ready by 1:07…it’s 1:28 and I am still waiting for my order. Horrible service.
