i just left this location and i don’t know who was working drivethru it was a young man with glasses and his hair was a little long but he had the best customer service!!! 10/10 i laughed the entire time i waited for my food !! i was having a really bad night but he made my night a lot better he deserves a raise !!!!
I had a long day at work and since it’s a sketchy area I was expecting subpar service but when I came up to the speaker I was surprised by the amazing service MR angel provided! I ordered the wrong thing and when I came up to the window to try and change instead of getting angry, Mr angel switched it for me immediately and brought out my food in minutes . This is my 3rd time eating lunch at this location. The tacos are very fresh and crispy. They need to teach other Jack in the Boxe's the proper way to cook and make them.? The bathroom was spotless and the restaurant was very clean. Best of all the staff was very friendly. I like how they all got along and were polite to each other. I will definitely be back when I visit this side of town.
