Very disappointed I went through Drive-Thru They forgot my bacon I went inside the store to asked for the bacon, and i heard the cook telling the cashier for me to showed them the hamburger in Spanish, little did know that i speak Spanish and heard it and i immediately in a deep voice so the cook could hear me stated here it is

I had to repeat my order multiple times, and I made sure to ask for extra dipping sauce. But when I got to the window the girl stated that I would be charged extra for the sauce I had asked for with my order, back at the menu.

Worst customer service! Got my order wrong went back where the lady at the window had such a bad attitude and when I got order fixed it was once again still not right!! Wouldn’t recommend was a waste of time!!

This place never disappoints me, I feel very good ordering food here and the level of food here is very good for me, both the service and the food.
Don't door dash from here....they will leave out food and sauces here. I think they have a hard time reading because this is the 3rd time

At about 10pm at the forest lane location in Dallas I Pulled up to the speaker, no “I’m happy to have a job” greeting!! Asked a For #13 no ranch only mayo… sandwich was drenched with ranch and no mayo. Carmel iced coffee tasted old. Also ordered a triple smash combo just to get home to discover that I was missing a whole freaking patty!!! Curly fries on both combo tasted old and greasy. I got a sweet tea with the triple smash burger and the tea had to be made at noon. We also ordered Churros they tasted like trash as well. This whole experience was rude, old, nasty and gross!!! No gloves no manners and the icing on the cake horrible food.

I went to the drive thru. Server was courteous. I waited about 7-10 minutes for the 5.99 double cheese special at about 10:55am. There was no line. I drove off. The fries were hot and fresh. The burger was cold and tasted like it was sitting in a bin for a while. I didn't finish it. Maybe it was just a one off but I won't go back to that one.

Quick wait time, but to be charged $15 and get the incorrect order is terrible. Attempted to call in about the order but no answer. I ordered the Buttery Jack Smash burger combo and got this. I don’t even eat pork smh. No lettuce, no tomato, not really much of anything but a patty, cheese, and some bacon that’s not even included nor did I ask for smh
