I got sick from eating at this place, it was on a thursday morning, i was sick with a really bad stomach pain, diarrhea, fever for 3 days and i lost 10 pounds bc i couldn't eat anything for almost a week, i felt like dying, never going back to a jack in the box

Showed up around 11pm and ordered 4 tacos. To be honest there was 2 cars in front of me. It was a long wait, but that’s not what I’m reviewing about. I know sometimes it takes awhile. The issue I had was when I got home to eat my food I was short 1 taco. They not only made me wait a little longer I was only given 3 of the 4 tacos I paid for.

The place is nasty! Almost EVERY table is dirty, one trashcan is overflowing, the soda machine is messed up (at least 2 employees didn't care), this location is slightly understaffed it seems as well with the exception that one employee is too busy on her cell to worry about any of the previous issues. By the way the soda machine is messed up as in, when it finally lets anything come out longer than a few seconds, the button to dispense fluid sticks BADLY. Food was decent at least. Always like a lil burger with my huge amount of mayo! Lol

This location might aswell not be 24 hour. Half the time, no matter when you show up past 10, they'll claim they "just reset the computer" and can't take any orders. Unless you then tell them you had a mobile order, then they'll serve you, but sound really annoyed about it.I work nights nearby. Tonight, I thought I could make it in and out during a lunch break, and the line didn't move for twenty minutes. I gave up, backed out, and went to Quiktrip. And that's the third time this has happened. I don't know what I expected.With how aggressively resistant to serving you these people are, I seriously worry about food tampering on the rare occasion I can get them to do their jobs.

Drive thru experience was horrible. They let me know that there wasn't any curly fries which I didn't mind having to eat regular fries. What bothered me most was they informed me that they had only large and small cups. They tried to charge me extra, and when I told them I wouldn't pay for someone else's mistake on inventory I got laughed at by a female employee that took over for the person taking my order. I asked to speak to a manager and drove to the window where she told me that they were gonna charge me cause all they had were large cups. It bothered me so I was going to drive off, and at that point the female portraying to be the manager told me to go to McDonald's across the street if I didn't like it. This was Sunday February 25th 2024 around 6:10, 6:15 pm.So I drove to the Ft Worth Ave location and was treated so much better.
Ordered a grilled chicken salad for $7.99. So, I PAID $10.00 for a SALAD?I got a receipt that added an additional two dollars for including the grilled chicken! They refused to remedy that, saying that grilled was an added charge! What???Plus, had to go back for a fork, then go back for a knife to cut up that breast (that should have been cut up onto the salad, like at other Jack in the Boxes.)Never seen this rip-off at a Jack in the Box before. Others in this franchise do much better.Also, I specified dine in, and got a bag instead. So I clarified when I picked it up, and the girl said, that's the way it is. Others in the place had nice sanitary trays.This particular place needs to train their employees!I don't pay ten dollars for a SALAD at even a nice restaurant!
