I purchased the new Smash Burger. I asked to sub the sauce for mustard. I had been waiting to leave work so I could get this. When I received my order one of the two patties was it on my burger along with the bacon. It really sucks! I was so hungry I ate it anyway. Some one has to monitor to goings on. I could understand if the line was very long. When I pulled up to order there was one car in front of me. And no one behind me either. It is a shame that no one is paying attention..

I’m doing a review strictly on the DM for this store Elena I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong I had an issue with one of her stores and contacted corporate this woman called me back the same day addressed the issue and also had them to give me a complementary breakfast this morning talking about customer care I will be returning to that location strictly because of her thank you so much you don’t know how much that meant to be heard

Let's face it... when we want something fast and cheap to eat .... this is a good option. The employees could be better. It was a larger young guy that was not the best. He's around 17? He just threw the bag at me and the bag ripped. I asked for his name and he did not wanna give it.

I order through all and said 8 to 10 mins. I waited 20 mins in the line and I was the only one in line and when I got my food it was all cold like how??Called and line rang for so long it just hung up on me this Jack is a joke !

This location is much better than the one at Illinois and I-35 which has long lines and wait times. It was much quicker to get in, the food was hot and fresh, and employees were friendly during my visits. The only issue was the people who walk up to your car asking for money. I'd give you food if you're hungry but don't want to enable someone's addictions.
