Update: I agree with the other review. They have rude employees. For whatever reason the employees feel empowered to behave so inappropriately. I am contacting corporate.

They have food in the windows for one price, but when you actually buy it. It's almost double the price. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT! THEY PLAY STUPID AND PRETEND THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

My order was right but only because I changed it to something the lady could remember was on the menu. she was also short with me about it. then a male worker caressed my hand when I gave him my debit card and was being creepy and asked me if I have a house. he was being extremely inappropriate. felt so gross. never coming here again. fire that guy braces Latino guy probably late 20s

this is the only location i been to that has the most rudest employees ever. every time i come here, im getting mean mugged and smart talk when i mention something missing because there is ALWAYS something missing at this store. besides getting yelled at for letting them know that my order was wrong, the introduction is already unwelcoming. as soon as the drive thru window is open, im always faced with this girl who looks at you so rudely, it feels like ur in high school again and ur trying to defend yourself against a bully

Ordered a strawberry redbull and two other items on uber and you can’t even put the drink in the order. Pretty pathetic this place can never get an order right. Always leave out a drink or a side item or something. You guys need to get it together literally the worse Jack in the box I ever been to.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jack in the Box during an evening shift. The lady at the front was extremely rude when we pointed out that our order was incorrect. Instead of offering to correct the issue, she immediately blamed us and was very loud about it. We could hear her talking about us to the staff in the back, and it made us feel very uncomfortable.
Later, while we were dining, my group and others overheard her using inappropriate language towards another employee. She also continued to tell stories in Spanish very loudly, not realizing that we could understand everything she was saying. It was unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience left a bad impression.

Burgers are trash don’t get them $10 for a terrible burger and $5 for mediocre curly fries $15 for fast food burger and fries (no drink) is highway robbery don’t @ me also I ordered a double smash burger that why it was so expensive and they gave me a regular single burger so yeah these people don’t know how to operate and robbed me

My husband and I always go to this location for breakfast and dinner when we feel like eating Jack n the box , but tonight @ 11:30 pm the service was awful... the time on drive thru was a long wait and by the time we got to the window and got my food the order was wrong, I asked for curly fries and got regular ones, I asked for 1 Large drink and 1 Med drink and still got charged for 2 Large drinks , ,plus the fries where cold and crusty .and last we where very disappointed on how rud the cashier's where,and like if they did not know what they where doing...That makes us not want to go back to this location with that kind of servive.
