We ordered the supreme sourdough breakfast combo. Two of them. The sandwich was meh… definitely lackluster. Kinda felt like it was reheated. so we decided to go to a Jack in the Box staple. One that is always delicious at every Jack in the Box ever. However, this Jack in the Box has failed at tacos. They were cold. Have you ever had a cold Jack in the Box taco? Although I love Jack-in-the-Box. I will not go back to this one.

The restaurant itself looks nice. Well kept on the inside but when it comes to service, it totally sucks. Do not place an order on the app and come to this restaurant, please. Worst service ever.

Went there earlier with my boyfriend. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich add Swiss no sauce. Curly fries and a Coke. I get home. No cheese and extra sauce. Is it my fault I didn't check? Yes it is. I had to rush home to my elderly mother. Only thing that was correct was the fries and the coke.

We were starving, had a very busy strenuous day and it was late. We were going to go to the drive up at McDonald's, but the line was too long, but next door was Jack in the Box! There was no line. We ordered, got our food, parked in their parking lot and tore down! Bot was it delicious 😋. Once we ate, the three of us felt better, and drove home ready for shower and bed. THANKS JACK!!

I haven’t been to JITB for ages but I needed something quick to head back to work. Got a #9 with a sprite and curly fries. Inedible. This food was so bad I threw it all away. Stale bread. Hard hamburger meat. (I don’t even know how that happens) Strange sauce with 1 pickle. Like, I know places have gone down hill but this was absolute trash. Go next door to McDonald’s.

Ordered on tha mobile app 1/2/25 for pick up at 7:45 am just to arrive at the store and it be closed. Drive thru have a long line of ppl expecting mobile orders and a signs say open today including website online
