I have gone to buy food in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon and I have loved the service they give me, the fresh meals and the speed that their employees have. I am a frequent customer of this fast food restaurant
How are yall 24 hours and closed ? Yall close the store when yall get ready I guess
Ordered on tha mobile app 1/2/25 for pick up at 7:45 am just to arrive at the store and it be closed. Drive thru have a long line of ppl expecting mobile orders and a signs say open today including website online

11-08-2024 at 10:07 pm. I drove threw the drive thru to place an order. The female on the speaker asked me 4 times for my order. I repeated my order 3 times nicely,the fourth time I spoke loud enough for her to understand I am tired of repeating the same thing. If you were not ready to take my order say that. So she rudely wants to yell at the speaker. So I rudely told her off. Now her and her so-called manager wants to refuse service. So I proceeded to cuss at them and told them I don't want their service and move their damn customers out my way and will be gladly to leave. This store needs more training on how to take orders from customers. No need for a customer to repeat their order 4 times. I will be contacting the corporate and making a complaint against this crew. Whoever worked at 10 pm on the drive thru on 11-8-24 I hope your general manager sees this. And that night shift manager complaint will also be against you too...

What a bad behavior from Rosie, the night shift cashier, I bought a burger combo and for asking her for change since I didn't eat spicy food, she treated me very badly, terrible service. There must be a lot of attention to the public since we are buying and not asking for things 0/0 Terrible Service
Believe all the bad reviews you see…I pulled up around 4 am to place an order thru the drive thru. The lady stated they were closed, me knowing they are 24 hours, I said ma’am what time will y’all open up? She didn’t say anything so I pull around to the 1st window lady back there mopping tried to act Like she didn’t see me so I blew the horn, she looks at me with an attitude and points toward the second window, I guess she was trying to signal me to pull down to the second window…I pull down to the second window as instructed by the lady at the first window no one is at the window…I had to blow my horn for about 3 minutes just for someone to come to the window. The lady comes to window I said ma’am what time do you all open she responds idk the system is down. I am a very understanding person I had no problem With the system being down , the problem comes when I would have been told this originally at the speaker when I asked the first time all this could have been avoided but no I was ignored. Today was the last time I will ever come to this location ever again. Everytime I come the customer service is the absolute worst and I try to overlook it but that’s it for me. They need a wholes new staffing crew here.

Hours posted on door say they open at 6a. It was 7:53a and doors were closed.
I just left. I was not given a receipt which makes me question if they will charge my card with more. That has happened before. Also why ask if you want sauce, which I got a Breakfast burrito , then I didn’t receive any sauce.
