Service was good but they messed up my burger twice waited 15+ minutes. Simple number 4 plain burger add mayo. They put mustard on it. Ask for a replacement after minutes they gave it to me with no mayo. I just left wasn’t having it anymore.
Changing my review to a one star so disappointing. I get its fast food and you shouldn’t expect high quality but how do you mess up my order 3 times!!?!?? I asked for mayo on my burger instead of fixing it they give me mayo packets. I did not ask you for mayo packs. Cheese just slapped on the burger

Why is it so hard to put napkins in the bag!!! Why do I have to drive off with no napkins, why must napkins be requested?

The location was clearly understaffed, leading to long wait times for food. Even getting a drink was a hassle, as the soda dispenser was broken, causing people to wait several minutes for staff to manually serve beverages.
The food itself was just okay—nothing stood out. It lacked the flavor and quality I’ve come to expect from other Jack in the Box locations.
Overall, this visit didn’t live up to expectations. While I understand staffing and maintenance issues can happen, it might be worth visiting a different location for a better experience.
The lady there who serves the self-service does not know how to serve in the store, she treats people as thieves, so they have a person like that working there, if she does not know how to serve the public, that's why she works, that's why they pay her, so you complain, you started the victim.

Worst jack in the box! They have roaches! Also, the old lady working the register barely speaks English! I asked to see the health code score that must be posted in ALL restaurants and theirs was hidden!No one would let me speak with a manager about this so the entire situation felt like they are running an illegal hire scheme in this location! I’m calling corporate on this nasty location! It needs to be closed and the old lady at the register should be fired! This location and employees are NOT safe .
