My cell phone was dead, I had just walked miles, and I was to meet someone here to sell some moving dollies I had posted on OfferUp. I was also gonna use some of the money from this sale to purchase food from here. However, I was locked out of the building and told I couldn't come inside. Luckily, I found Sal's Italian Restaurant around the corner where the manager not only let me in to charge my phone, but also purchased the moving dollies from me and gave me 2 slices of pizza?
Terrible customer service.One of the worst customer service experiences I had. I was there around 530 pm on 1/15/24 and whomever the boy that was on the coms in the drive through treated me as if I did not speak English properly.I do have a speech impediment. I spoke slowly to make sure my order was correct.I had the double meat burger with fries and iced tea. They brought my sack but never brought my tea. I was wanting to stop to hold up your line but others were behind me.I wind up getting a soda somewhere else.Being ignored and disrespected will not get my business again.The key to running a business is treating your customers with the utmost respect.I did not get that.Tell your employees if they want to move up in this world, their customer service skill level is going to have to get better. Or they will be flipping burgers the rest of their lives.

Food was made to order and was decent. However, the service there was abysmal. They spoke in spanish complaining about me asking for a water cup not knowing I understood all of their horrible comments. They were concerned about losing time and how us the customers were horrible (they said explicit comments I'd rather not type out). I made it clear to them I understood everything they said and just walked out of their. Please avoid as they most likely wouldn't care to serve you terrible food.

This company needs to stop hiring these undocumented people literally the don't know how to read and understand a policy. I ordered two tacos and a chicken sandwich and a drink I ask for a buttermilk ranch and she says it's 25 cents more for extra sauce she hasn't even gave me one and she wants to charge me for extra this company is going down the drain more and more attention needs to made at this location or it needs to be shut down with all the health code violations and immigrants working there learn the policy before you charge learn what extra is and she is the big built mexican lady that worked in the morning on 12/15/2023 @ 7:30 am

This location does a really good job. Most fast food franchises are hit or miss. I have not had a bad delivery from here, and the order has always been accurate. It appears they actually care about making good food here. I’m not sure why the rating is 3.7, because this is the best Jack location I have been to.

The food is good. Area is terrible but food is the freshest. Service is so so, but I only use the drive through. You really couldn't expect anything more.

I came to the door and it was locked and had to be buzzed in like I was visiting someone in the county jail ?. This part of town is not that bad to be doing all that!!! But the service was fast as ever and the guy there was real cool.
