Is this store NOT open 24 hrs??? I was just told at the drive through they are closed… it’s 10:15pm and not a holiday. Very confused because 3 cars got to order before me but me and two behind me got turned away. Workers are rude and all i wanted was 4 tacos and a jr cheeseburger

I am a fan of Jack in the Box. ALTHOUGH, Night time crew has something stuck up there..... around 8 -9 p.m I walked to this location the lobby was closed and they yelled at me saying lobby is closed. I walked back to grab my car for srive thru and got thrown a lot of attitude saying online orders only, I told them I already placed one my food was pretty much tossed together by a kindergartener. Terrible service terrible food.

So its the Big black lady at night for me she always got this little attitude like her world ended cause she got stuck working at night yall need a better night person cause she aint it 😒 ive been coming here for months and she act very rude everytime no proper customer service at all... im a manager as well at a fast food place and I would never let my employees keep this attitude to my customers
Service was fast, no nonsense, food hot fresh and tasty, gave me the condiments I asked for and plenty of napkins, straw, everything was perfect

I have never once written a review for a fast food place but I felt this one warranted it. This Jack in the Box in particular is the best one I've ever been to, I work around the corner and every time if I go here for lunch it's always fresh and I always get good service. Whoever is running this place is doing a fantastic job with their hiring, and training/managing.

Nice parking lot to use when being pulled over by a motorcycle cop about to give you a ticket because you don't have a license plate on the front bumper. Boy, good thing they took the time to nail me on that huge crime. God knows Dallas doesn't have other big issues to watch for on the streets. Nonetheless, he was a nice guy doing his job.
