I recently visited this Jack in the Box, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I was greeted with stares rather than words, making me feel as if I didn’t even belong there. The employees showed no effort in acknowledging me, and when a lady finally approached the register, she moved slowly and without any sense of urgency or professionalism.
After placing my order, I witnessed something completely unacceptable—she walked to the back, took a piece of chicken out of a container, and carelessly threw it onto the counter. This was not only disrespectful but also raised serious concerns about food handling at this location. I immediately requested a refund, and instead of addressing the issue properly, the manager accused me of being rude for speaking up about the poor service.
This experience highlighted a complete lack of customer service, professionalism, and proper food handling standards. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I got food positioning from this place. I had ordered the curly seasoned fries, spicy crispy wrap and the loaded tacos. I don’t know what food was bad, undercooked or expired but let me tell you. I felt like I was going to die the next day. I had the shivers, upset stomach, diarreia, no appetite, a headache and my stomach couldn’t hold no food. I kept sweating all day with the constant need to use the bathroom and was bloated. I still have the runs and it’s been more than 24hrs, I am barely getting better just now. Please don’t eat here. Save yourself. Run. 🏃🏻♂️

Open sign on, 24/7 drive thru sign clearly visible and flashing for all the world to see. No one to take orders, no employee cars in the parking lot, no one standing around inside, not a hint of life what so ever. It’s cool if y'all don’t want to be open 24/7, but turn the signs off and shut down so people know.
Workers there dont know how to do their job n look super high slurring their words. I stopped by because i was in the area and the dining room was dirty, the restroom was worse, no paper towels, , will never return here , i expected better but then again it is in dallas 🤷🏻♂️

I ordered 4 (2) tacos for '.99 online then drove all the way home and I got 3 total tacos. So where are the other 5? Not to mention the lady is the drive thru is always rude. Tried calling and it rings and hangs up. This is NOT the first time!!!

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Waited for a greeting at the speaker for a few minutes and when we said “hello?” The response was “sir, don’t do that, I’ll be right with you”. Then huffed and puffed at us for asking for a receipt for our order, rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breathe before slamming the window shut. Completely unnecessary, sorry you hate your life, was just trying to order some tacos.
