My order was totally wrong, I ordered a bacon breakfast jack combo add Mayo, with a strawberry fanta,....No Ice and 3 French toast sticks. I got a ham breakfast jack combo, and a cup full of is soda. Everything Else was correct, hot and good, but was back ay work too far to return.

Refuse to make a salad without cheese. Never heard of something so lazy. The manager Juan refused to make a salad without cheese. This is why the reviews here are so awful and Jack in the Box has been losing business. Terrible service. You don’t even have to cook a salad. Just throw it in a bowl. Who would want a premade salad that’s been Sitting out all day

If you want your order messed up just come to this location. Either they mess up your order completely or they forget to give you something you paid foror they give you food that's been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. Avoid this location at all costs. I already learned my lesson a few times with these people.

Had gone threw drive threw. Used a receipt to call and do the servay to get a free breakfast sandwich thing. Wasn't working for the first time but luckily the workers there helped and was able to get my free breakfast sandwich with purchase of one. So all worked out like normal. Staff was nice easy to deal with, problem was fixed fast and easy food was good. Will return.

They made a rainy, gloomy morning nice & bright with their service!! ..I always come to this location! Its by far my favorite! I've left multiple reviews for Jack in the boxes, but this has been the best!
Parking: Plenty of parking but non customers do park randomly because it's such a huge lot. Lock doors.
Ordered food Sunday morning, woke up to sweats, chills, and pain all over my body. Called the ambulance and they confirmed that it was food poisoning. I will never eat at another JNTB again! Returned the food and was given my money back.
