Yes my wife order 2 combos with 2 extra tacos.Well we didn't get the 2 tacos so she called and asked to speak to a manager.The guy told her no,so she asked to speak to someone in charge and he immediately hung up on her.She called 3 more times only for this person too hang up each time.This person was very rude and unprofessional.This Jack in the Box is the closest one to us,but have now decided I will go to a further one that hopefully has respect for the customers that buy their food.If i could give 0 stars i would of.

After working 10 hrs my dad and i drove here for dinner and he ordered the ultimate Bacon cheese burger and just how disappointed he was to see a smashed burger with 3 tiny pieces of bacon..??? Too much mayo and mustard covered half the bun on the outside as well. We know maybe its not meant to look exactly like in the pictures but this was just too little. We were told it only comes with 4 pieces with bacon, so why make your picture and name “the ultimate bacon” 👎🏻

My order was totally wrong, I ordered a bacon breakfast jack combo add Mayo, with a strawberry fanta,....No Ice and 3 French toast sticks. I got a ham breakfast jack combo, and a cup full of is soda. Everything Else was correct, hot and good, but was back ay work too far to return.

Refuse to make a salad without cheese. Never heard of something so lazy. The manager Juan refused to make a salad without cheese. This is why the reviews here are so awful and Jack in the Box has been losing business. Terrible service. You don’t even have to cook a salad. Just throw it in a bowl. Who would want a premade salad that’s been Sitting out all day
