I went through the drive-through to order some tacos. The cashier put them all in one bag, which ripped, and all the tacos spilled on the floor. The cashier blamed me for not holding the bag properly, instead of acknowledging that she had put 30 tacos and two orders of fries in one bag. The manager claimed she wasn't the manager and refused to deal with customers. This was the worst experience I've had at Jack-in-the-Box. If she doesn't want to deal with customers, she shouldn't be a manager."

July 18th, 10:30pm. I stop here on occasion for a quick bite to eat after work. The drive through service and food can both be hit and miss but recently the service has been stellar. The young man taking orders working the the window is amazing. Such well developed customer service skills and a genuine smile he treats you like family. I hope JITB realizes what a star they have here and promote him up as his potential is limitless.

Great food, lousy service, allow more pests and vermin to eat in the lobby than they should and by extension have made the place an occasional homeless person hotspot. Yes, the homeless have a right to eat here if they desire. But does it cause discomfort and a feeling of uneasiness due to that a good majority have severe mental health issues that make them prone to go on the attack out of nowhere and about anything? Also yes, and that's undeniable. Also doesn't help the place none that y'all always mess up my moms, aunt's, stepfathers, cousins, and my orders. This past Saturday for instance: we go through the drive-thru and my cousin orders me a sourdough jack combo and clear as day told them no tomato and the drive-thru person repeated that as confirmation as per how they're supposed to. But guess what? Not one, but two slices of tomato. PEOPLE! NO TOMATO means NO TOMATO. Get y'alls act together and pay attention to what y'all are doing. It's for the sake of quality.

The only reason I go to any jack n the box, is for the shakes, I am not really a regular at all. But this particular location has always hired employees who hate their job, they also don't have good customer service skills. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit or do any kind of malicious things before serving the customers their food.

I like Jack In the box although I feel anyone dining at this location should tread lightly as you may not get the smiling, friendly greeting you'd hoped for. The homeless have infiltrated the area to the point that the staff only assumes every single person dining is homeless and will treat you as such. Deciding whether or not you can enter into the dining room and after having rang the door bell and will also Decide if you can use there restroom facilities. They have many charging stations for your electronics and will guide you to where they are and watch you blatantly as you fuss with them and never once any of them working......they sit back and watch with disgusting grins and talking amongst themselves about all who enter never once spitting out a simple hello. I will forever, be a non return customer to this location and urge anyone who thinks about this place as an option.......DONT!
