This location is a joke. The late night drive thru is never open. it’s always some excuse as to why they aren’t serving or they just ignore the dive thru. And it’s been this way for years. It’s comical. Who ever owns this franchise obviously doesn’t mid wasting money on a night shift bc they are 100% not selling anything at night.Wheelchair accessibility: They refuse service to Wheelchairer as well as all patrons late night.

I wanted to use the app to place my order. I walked up to the door to make sure someone was inside to make it, 2 people were there. This was around 5:48am. The posted sign says dinning room opens at 6am and drive - thru is 24 hours. I placed the order and drove to the speaker to pick it up. Woman told me place was closed and to come back later. I had already placed the order and paid for it so I said I'll wait. She then asked me to drive to the front. I waited in my car at the glass door. A woman INSIDE the store set a bag on the counter and went back in the kitchen. I thought surely that's not mine since I'm OUTSIDE and the door is LOCKED! I waited and waited. I finally went to the door and knocked. Instead of just handing me the order at the door she told me to go around to the drive through. I got my order which was wrong and the sausage patty on my sandwich was burnt. Dear Jack in the Box, you need better employees. This is not the first time I ran onto this level of service. At another store, I used the app to order my food. It was just an egg roll and tacos. This woman said she didn't know how to make it. I tried to explain to her, just turn on the power to the fryer and put the food in the hot grease. She couldn't do it. NO, this is not a blonde joke. SHE. COULD. NOT. DO. IT.Dear Jack in the Box, you need better employees. Please start taking people off the schedule that don't show up for work. If they clock in late, PAY THEM LATE! Please start posting starting salaries that will attract good employees. You only post " flexible schedule, free meals, training, etc." Everything but good starting pay with a chance for advancement that pays even better. The service I got was NOT 1 star level, it was SH...T bag level. You know what vowel needs to be put there. To everyone reading this, it's 50/50 if you get your food ordering through the app. It's best just to go inside. If the store is even open during posted hours. Dear Jack in the Box, have your employees write a sign saying what hours they will work and post them on the windows, so your customers will know when they can get their food.

I always go to the drive up window but as far as atmosphere goes, I doubt there is any. Meaning, no customers in this store. I will say that I went to this same J & the B when I was a little girl. I am now 54. That's how long this store has been here, and the inside is large enough to handle 2 customers MAX. It's tiny.The food here is ALWAYS FRESH and HOT when we order from here. Never disappoints. If it's late and your hungry, this is the place to go.

Yesterday was a really rainy day out. Ordered online and paid online. Was told my order would be ready in 7 to 9 minutes. Drove to the store. Stood there for several minutes before anyone spoke to me.Told the guy I was picking up an online order that had already been paid for. He walked to the screen. Asked my name and said it was there they just didn't send to the store and that they couldn't start it until they did. Told me to check back in 15 minutes. When I walked in I knew.Check with them after 15 minutes. Still was not fixing my food.He said I could check back in a few minutes but . sometimes the order don't show up. I was disappointed and hungry and just left. When I called later to see if it ever came thru all I got was the sounds of a fax machine. And I don't know who got my 18.00 I paid for the foodThe owner commented on my review that he'd like me to give them another chance, however he did not offer to prepare the order I paid for or to reimburse me. I showed the guy where it was taken out of my account. I feel like if he wanted to get another chance he would have told me to come get my order. Does he honestly think I'm going to let them basically steal my money and then not offer to make good on it and then I'm going to give them another chance. Wow!!!! They need to fix something that is very broken here.

This one is the closest to my place, so I go here often. Super nice employees, and they tend to be quick and don't screw your orders up. They get really busy sometimes, but the wait is never crazy.The building is older and isn't taken care of outside as much as it could be. The inside is really small, but I always get my food to go. Kind of cramped interior overall.The hours are hit and miss. Officially, I'm fairly certain it's 24 hours 7 days a week, but they will be closed at random times. More than once, I've made the mistake of ordering in the app and going to the store to find it's closed with a sign in the window noting they are not open. I think they are likely short staffed as this place is closed at the most random times of day, usually late night and early morning but it's better to go by and make sure they are opening before you order in the app.

WORST ORDER EVER, ALL MY FOOD WAS WRONG, I ORDERED A CHICKEN COMBO WITH LARGE CURLY FRIES AND THE FRIES WERE SMALL, NOT ONLY THAT, MY CHICKEN SANDWICH DIDNT HAVE A CHICKEN ON THERE IT WAS JUST BREAD AND CHEESEALSO I CALLED AND THEY KEPT DECLINING MY CALLS
