We ordered dinner through door dash (about $70 worth of food). We live .4 miles from the restaurant and all the food was cold. 3 burgers tots and fries. The kids mac and cheese looked old and also cold. Not the experience we are used to from Jake's.

Great sports bar, love Jakes burgers.Highly recommend The Works burger.Staff has always treated us well whether it's just a couple of us grabbing a bite, or a group of us watching a big game.

Well looks like they removed their Frito pie from their menu. A staple I eat here at least 3 times a week.makes 0 sense. Straight profit item. I don't eat anything else here I guess they have lost my business.

1st time in since becoming Jake's. Our server, Magen, was awesome. We ordered Jake's special burger and it was great, could've been split for 2 people. Double meat and well done. Chips and salsa also good. We shared the Chili Frito pie, was very good!!We also ordered sweet potatoes and were surprised that they had sugar and served with a side of cinnamon icing. We were not advised of this, but we ate them as a dessert, a good surpriseWe will be back.

Went to Jakes last week, the customer service was outstanding, management was super friendly, the bartender Jacki was super friendly and fast. The food was really great, wings were outstanding. The place is very family friendly.

Is a absolute joke.You claim to be family est that cares about how they are precieved and there here to make you happy...That's a joke anyone in a management role knows your hear to satisfy ur internal customer and that exactly what she does she handles the flow keeps things moving and people happy cause she is liked by everyone except the people that claim in there brand there a family that's here to make you happy ...we were pissed off and the reason you have a Jakes is because you customers we let survive we can also take you out boycott this

I've been a regular customer at Jake's since it was Go 4 It and The End Zone. Heather the bartender is by far the best bartender that location has ever had. She calls you by name when you walk in and even buses food to my table if the server is busy. She's always smiling and upbeat. She's definitely a huge asset to this establishment. Keep up the great job Heather!
