Definitely a harder class but they have alternative moves if you need them. The instructor was amazing. I wondered why everyone else just knew what to do, but they teach you the routine at the beginning of the month, and I came towards the end. While it is a cardio class, there was a section with weights and core that I appreciated. I recommend and I will return.
Absolutely love this experience with jam box!! My event was absolutely beautiful and the process was so smooth. Thank you Ms Shuanna for everything! She was very informative and easy to talk to.
