Came here with my coworker for lunch and as I’ve never had Jamaican food I was excited for this visit. It’s a small mom and pop shop and the customer service was decent. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it comes with two sides (I got yams and okra and tomatoes) and they give you plenty!I can say I was surprised to see the yams and okra and tomatoes as I didn’t associate that with Jamaican food. The okra and tomatoes were spiced nicely but a little mushy. The yams were very tardy and highlight of the meal! The jerk chicken had the typical spiced but was a tad bit dry. I was able to taste my coworker’s order of plantain and I wasn’t that impressed. I’m not sure I’d return to this location but I’ll definitely try Jamaican food again!

The place has the best Jamaican food I’ve had in DFW. The food is very tasty and seasoned well, and they give very generous portion sizes for a reasonable price. Customer service is good too.

I ordered an Oxtail Plate with 2 extra sides and I got NO Oxtails ? that’s the main reason I ordered it besides the yams. I’ve tried calling but no one answering the phone and you can’t leave a message.

I feel like my jerk chicken was cooked the night before and heated up today, it was so dry. I’ve never had dry dark meat before. Ordered rice and peas and only got white rice.
